| Once you’ve downloaded ComputerExpert 2005, you will need to visit the registration page and complete the form for creating a new account. Click the button of "Register" at login dialog to show up related information in the form to be completed so as to get userID number and initial 400 points;
After registration, please enter user ID number and password at the the front page, then click "Login" button singly for login;
If you're missing password, you can find password to visit http://www.outsourcexp.com/member.aspx, you can enter your user ID and Email address so that the password can be sent to your email address automatically;

How to ask

| There are four communities: software community, hardware community,games community, Programming community. Choose one community according your question, click the tree type manus of at the left. For instance, choosing operation system ->> Windows and click "Ask" button at the left of the toolbar,complete topic of question and content of question so as to give points of the question and declare one new issue.

How to answer

First, you must choose a question thread by click one of the threads that list at right page, then click "Answer" button at the left of the toolbar.

The answered thread should reach the objective of solving question from asker so as to obtain technical points given by asker.

The thread length is less than 8000 characters;
-
The answer from one person can not be more then 3 times in one thread contimuously;
-
If you post reply that references political, sexual, illegal or otherwise not-ok subject matter, your ID number will be sealed and your credit points will be deducted to 0.

Search threads

| The search panel is designed to allow you to quickly find topics and posts that contain the keywords you entered.
There are two types of search form available, Exact Search and Fuzzy Search. If you know the number of the question,you can search it by using 'Exactly search'. Just type the question number into the Search Forum text box and click the search button.
To perform a Fuzzy Search , type keywords for your topic into the Search Forum text box and click the search button. A page of search results will be displayed.

Give scores

Click the "Give scores" button at top left corner of the community panel, the questions that are not ended will appear at right of the panel. You can give score and end the question by select it and give technical scores to the repliers.

You can't give scores to youself.
-
The total scores you added to all the repliers should not exceed the post
points of the question.

You can't end the question that no one answered, but you can delete it. the
points of the question will be returned to you.
-
The question that have been answered by other one will be forced to end if you
didn't after two monthes, and 1 point will be deducted from your credit points.

User grade

User rank depend on the technical scores
you earned at the community.

A user with technical scores less then 5000 is Ordinary User.
Level 1 user: scores less then 100
Level 2 user: scores between 100 - 500
Level 3 user: scores between 500 - 1000
Level 4 user: scores between 1000 - 2000
Level 5 user: scores between 2000 - 5000

A user with technical scores more then 5000 is Star Expert. 1 star
expert: scores between 5000 - 10000
2 star expert: scores between 10000 - 20000
3 star expert: scores between 20000 - 40000
4 star expert: scores between 4000 - 80000
5 star expert: scores more then 80000

Usable points

Usable points is used to ask question. You register to get 400 points for use initially. if you ask a question, you will be deducted 40 to 200 points for the question.
Usable points include technical scores, award points, purchase points.

If you answered the question, you will earn technical scores.

If you introduce the software to a friend, you will earn 100 points as reward.
-
You also can buy points and can cost one dollar to buy 100 points.

Credit points

Credit points represents the credit in the community. Your credit is 100 marks at the beginning, but the credit points will be deducted if the following situations happened:
-
If you post thread that references political, sexual, illegal or offtopic subject matter, your ID number will be sealed and your credit marks will be deducted to 0.

If you post thread that references commercial or other offtopic subject matter, your thread will be deleted by moderators, and 2 points of your credit will be deducted.
-
The question that have been answered by other one will be forced to end if you didn't end it after two monthes, and 1 point will be deducted from your credit points.

Thread deletion

Click the "Give scores" button at top left corner of the community panel, the questions that are not ended will appear at right of the panel. You can delete the question by clicking "delete question" button.

If the question you posted hasn't been answered by other one, you can delete the thread, the points of the question will be return to you, and your credit points will not be deducted.

If the question you posted has been answered by other one, you are not allowed to delete the thread.

Deletion of reply

Reply can only be deleted by moderators.

2 points of your credit will be deducted if your reply is deleted by
moderators.

Report violation

| If you think the score points that the
asker gave is unfair, you can report violation by click "report violation"
button on the bottom of the thread. The moderator will check the thread and
deduct asker's credit points according to the situation.

Contact expert

You can contact the experts only when your question points are more then 100 .

Click the head image of the expert you choosed on the experts list, the contact
panel will open. You can send message to the expert immediately.

Web friends

| The web friends are the persons who
replied your questions. If a web friend is online, his(her) image will appear
at the contact panel. You can send message to the web friend immediately.

Community moderators

Only star experts can apply to
moderators and the will only be set in by the our staff. Within your
application you must include your true name, address, contact phone so the
staff can contact you at any time. A Moderator can carry out the following
functions :

Always try and answer all questions of his community with the best of your
knowledge.

If a user contact moderator, he(she) must reply to the message immediately.
-
Moderators must offen check the threads, delete any offtopic questions or
replies.
-
If a user report violation, moderators must check the thread immediately.
-
We will give currency bonus to moderators according to their technical score
points.
-
The moderators requires actual name system(name, address,phone number so as to communicate for management intensely.
